No Refund After Service Starts

Once the promotion campaign has started or been delivered (partially or fully), no refunds will be issued. This includes instances where results may not meet subjective expectations, as engagement can vary based on platform algorithms and audience response.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The order was not delivered within the promised time frame.

  • A technical error on our end prevented the campaign from starting.

  • The service was purchased more than once due to a system error.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of placing the order with valid proof and reason.

Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You change your mind after the order is placed.

  • You violate platform terms and your account is suspended.

  • Your content is removed or restricted by the platform.

  • You provide incorrect or incomplete details (e.g., wrong URL or username).

  • You claim low engagement without valid evidence of service failure.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns. Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in the permanent ban of your account from our platform.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before the campaign has started. If we have already begun processing, cancellation is not possible.
